AgentRez accounts are an evolution of the existing agentacess . You will have more security by using a Client ID (CID), User Name and Password to login. You will still have access to the same reports (formerly Statistics), without having to login a second time. You can also change any information related to your account and signup for Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) online.

We're launching the new version of AgentRez, which will include a number of new features designed to enhance your experience with us. We're asking agentacess members to become a part of AgentRez as part of our preparation to launch new tools and features.

If you already have an agentaccess account (www.hotelsta.com) simply follow the instructions that appear when you visit the page. The process is intuitive and should only take a few minutes. When you complete the confirmation process, you will receive an email with your new security details and will be able to immediately continue making bookings with us.

As the new AgentRez platform is now live, you need to transfer your account over before continuing to make bookings with us. This will ensure that any commission owed to you will continue to accrue on the same account.

After you complete the conversion process, you will use the AgentRez information - a Client ID (CID) , User Name and Password combination you designate - to login at www.agentrez.com. You will no longer use your IATA number and Agent Name combination to log into the site. The new security information will be emailed to the email address you have registered with.

We will need a current and valid email address to send you your new account information. If you need to update your email address before converting your account, please use the contact form at the top right corner of the page.

Your commission payments and Benny Bucks are retained and migrated along with your account information. The way in which you receive your commission payments and rewards has not changed.
